The workshop will discuss some topics such as: 1. Computational Material Design and its application for various industrial fields 2. Computational Nano-Materials Designs for Spinodal nanotechnology as a bottom-up methods: Application to Spintronics, Spincaloritronics, Photovoltaic Solar Cells, and Nanocatalysis. 3. Computational Material Design and KKR First Principles Calculation Code: Machikaneyama 2002. 4. First-principles Molecular Dynamics Program Code, State-Senri, and Its Application. 5. First-principles Calculation Code by Real-Space-Formalism, and Its Applications. 6. First-Principles Pseudo-potential Electronics Structure Calculation Code, Osaka 2000, and Its Application. 7. Computational Materials Design Application and Quantum Calculation Code for Atomic Motions

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE WORKSHOP Lecturers, graduate students as well as practioners in physics, chemistry, engineering physics, electrical engineering, material science and engineering. Basically every one interested in the subject are welcomed. However, we will strictly limit the number of participants to 45 and the decision will only be based on the first come first served basis.
