Sanitation is simply understood as basic needs on supporting human health. Later, it should increase the human quality of life and conserving the ecosystem. Especially in this recent pandemic COVID-19, access to sanitation is closely related to preventing and off-spreading the diseases.
Meanwhile, the character of the community mainly affects the sanitation system itself. Therefore, the community-based sanitation approach would change the people perception of waste into a new value chain. All aspects of science, technology, and cultures in sanitation are developed to drive the value.
